  • Resident & Owner Details: Name, unit number, mailing address, phone number, email address, emergency contacts, authorized agents, and all contact information necessary to facilitate such requests, including access control details.

  • Billing & Payment Data: COA assessments, payment history, credit card or banking details (processed securely by third-party payment processors).

  • Login Credentials: Usernames, passwords, and access logs for resident portal usage.

2.2 Communication & Activity Data

  • Service Requests: Maintenance and modification requests submitted via Vantaca, BuildingLink, or other platforms.

  • Amenity Reservations: Facility booking details, cancellations, and usage history.

  • SMS and Email Interactions: Messages sent and received, including opt-in preferences.

2.3 Device & Technical Data

  • IP Address, Browser, and Device Type: Collected when using our online platforms for security and analytics purposes.

  • Cookies & Tracking Technologies: Used to improve website functionality and monitor engagement.

4. SMS Communication & Opt-In Policy

If you have consented to receive SMS messages from Cross Creek Condominium Association Inc., these may include messages related to customer care such as:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Billing notifications & COA assessment reminders

  • Community announcements and COA meetings

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week related to customer care. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list. If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on the Resident Communications Policy/Agreement.

  • SMS Privacy Guarantee: SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

  • Example Message: Cross Creek Mgmt Office Info Notice: Access Control Rollout complete. Stop by the mgmt office for your new car strip; otherwise, use guest lane until pickup. New strip required by EOD Friday, March 3. Reply STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging.


5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is only shared with:

  • Property Management Providers: Securely shared with Vantaca and BuildingLink for COA and resident management.

  • Vendors & Contractors: Maintenance, gatehouse attendants, and service providers as necessary for work order fulfillment.

  • Legal & Compliance Entities: Law enforcement or government agencies as required by law or to protect the community’s interests.

Note: SMS opt-in and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
