These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Cross Creek Condominium Association Inc.’s (“CCCA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, resident portal, communication platforms, and community services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Residents and homeowners may use our authorized platforms, including Vantaca and BuildingLink, to:
Submit maintenance requests and work orders
Pay COA assessments and manage account billing
Reserve community amenities
Receive emergency notifications and property updates
Misuse of these platforms, including fraud, harassment, tampering, or unauthorized access, may result in suspension of service privileges and enforcement of governing documents.
By providing your contact information, including your email and mobile phone number, and by checking the SMS opt-in box, you are providing your express consent to receive communications from Cross Creek Condominium Association Inc. (CCCA), including but not limited to:
Maintenance and service updates
COA billing reminders and payment notices
Community alerts and announcements
Emergency and security notifications
Appointment or access control reminders
Amenity and event notifications
Message frequency may vary based on the type of communication. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week related to customer care.
Example SMS Message:
Cross Creek Mgmt Office Info Notice: Access Control Rollout complete. Stop by the mgmt office for your new car strip; otherwise, use guest lane until pickup. New strip required by EOD Friday, March 3. Reply STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging.
SMS consent is collected through the Resident Communications Policy/Agreement via an optional checkbox. This box is located near the phone number input field and the submit button. Residents must actively check the box to receive SMS messages.
By checking the box, you consent to receive non-marketing SMS messages from Cross Creek Condominium Association Inc. related to customer service, property notifications, and emergencies.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. These charges may vary for domestic versus international users.
SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Data collected is used solely for the operational communication of the Association.
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you may simply choose not to check the consent box on the Resident Communications Policy/Agreement or may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive.
Residents must use approved payment methods to pay:
Monthly COA assessments
Amenity reservations
Other applicable Association-related fees
Late Payments: Handled in accordance with Article XIII of the Declarations of Condominium (dated April 15, 1980).
Disputes: Billing discrepancies must be reported to the management office in writing within thirty (30) days of notice.
Delinquency: Failure to pay may result in interest charges, amenity restrictions, and collection action per the Association’s governing documents.
By using CCCA platforms, residents agree not to:
Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities
Tamper with or disrupt services, data, or communications
Share login credentials or impersonate other users
Circumvent access controls or interfere with Association operations
Violations may be enforced under the Declarations of Condominium and any rules adopted by the Board of Directors.
Cross Creek Condominium Association integrates with third-party software and service providers including Vantaca and BuildingLink.
We are not responsible for:
Service interruptions or outages caused by external platforms
Technical failures beyond our control
Unauthorized access due to third-party system vulnerabilities
Residents may report issues by emailing support@crosscreekatlanta.org.
CCCA is not liable for:
Temporary or permanent service disruptions
Data loss or unauthorized access due to resident negligence
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our platforms or services
Residents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes must be resolved in Fulton County, Georgia.
CCCA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of updated Terms.
